15 years of successful development of rental, for-sale and senior cooperative housing projects the four principals of Real Estate Equities Development decided to focus their efforts on the development and management of senior housing cooperatives.

Since 2011, Real Estate Equities Development has grown from 25 employees in three states to over 100 employees located in eight states. Our team has been involved in the development and management of over 40 projects comprising more than 2,200 homes with a value of over $500,000,000 in urban, suburban, and medium-sized communities throughout the mid-west and now the western United States.
