We have great benefits. Employees scheduled for 30+ hours/week are eligible for company- sponsored benefits (health, dental, vision, accident & critical illness, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and Life). Employees who are scheduled for 35+ hours/week are eligible for Paid Time Off--the PTO accrual rate increases after one year of employment and again after five years. The company also sponsors a 401(k)/profit sharing plan.
