All About You

TheAssistant Research Professor will perform studies using isolated islets, including secretion assays and imaging studies. The Assistant Research Professor will also perform gene expression analyses and pharmacological experiments to investigate the role of endogenous GPR107 in the pancreatic islet in the setting of diabetes.The Assistant Research Professor will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to this project, as well as organizing and documenting data, and, in consultation with the PI, interpreting the findings. The successful applicant will also be responsible for assisting the PI in the training of graduate students, lab management, and project management of multiple additional funded studies.

*All adults over the age of 18 years who completed their vaccine series with Pfizer or Moderna at least 6 months ago.

*Those who received the J&J vaccine at least two months ago.
