Position Title: IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR - MINNEAPOLIS, MN

Pay Grade: 11

Starting pay: $53,000 - $58,000

Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to package, launch and track new programs and client initiatives. This position works closely with Client Managers, Field Support and internal senior management to facilitate work flow, assist with execution of projects and new client programs and provide project status updates.

Responsibilities:

* Manage projects such as new store openings, new client rollouts, client requests (i.e. technology, healthy, green initiatives) and existing client program changes to ensure deadlines are met

*Identify and communicate as necessary issues such as project delays, installation delays, service problems, pricing or rate issues, and other problems that Client Managers need awareness of

*Discuss project status, completion, success metrics, issues, client and team satisfaction during internal meetings (scheduled and ad hoc)

*Communicate the client's expectations to Field Support, and discuss alternative options/solutions and Compass Group personnel

*Provide project status summary reports and updates to Client Managers and other team members

*Keep an accurate risk tracking document (i.e. issues/barriers to completion/road blocks)

*Summarize the status Canteen Corp./Franchise/Third Party for current projects and initiatives and outline time and action items to bring to completion

*Gather relevant information from a variety of technology sources and package in a professional medium that meets the needs of the audience

*Run Business Objects reports to verify information and proper setup in JDE

*Create Projects in JDE Line of Sight application

*Expected to have basic knowledge of vending & OCS industries and trends

*Tracking mechanisms are thorough and continuously updated: All tracking documents and other tools utilized are updated so information can be quickly and accurately rolled up to provide updates for management

*Requires limited supervision. Will have interaction with the Director of the team to review new/ongoing projects as necessary. The Director of the team reviews completed work in detail.

*Expected to prioritize own workload and priorities based upon a variety of sources the position supports (Client Manager, Sr. Client Manager, National Accounts Director and/or VP of Key Accounts, client, etc.). Competing priorities will be determined by higher level positions.

Required:

*High school diploma required; post-secondary education is strongly preferred, and a Bachelors' degree preferred.

*With a Bachelor's degree, six months of equivalent advanced customer service experience is required - one year is strongly preferred; with a high school diploma, three years of equivalent advanced customer service experienced is required.

*Strong customer service orientation, written and verbal communication skills, Strong problem solving skills

*Demonstrated conflict resolution skills

*Timeliness and accuracy coupled with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize business requirements and workload

*Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience required - not just data entry - calculations, VLookup

Preferred:

*Experience in JD Edwards and Business Objects or similar ERP program (i.e. Oracle, PeopleSoft,

*SAP) and report writer program (i.e. Crystal Reports) strongly preferred.

*Works with internal customers to ensure completion of projects to include: Client Services Managers, Field Support Partners, Regional Vice President, National Accounts Director, and Customer Service Representatives

*External contacts include communicating via phone and/or email with Compass Group personnel.
