Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy

Licensure as a Mental Health Professional

1. Provide intensive in-home clinical services to youth and their families. For youth referred to SFT/CIBS clinical services will be provided according to the CIBS/SFT model of service delivery.
2. Develop and implement all or part of an individualized treatment plan, defining initial and ongoing measurable goals and objectives. Complete SFT/CIBS/Intensive In Home required paperwork.
3. Participate in SFT/CIBS required supervision and consultation.
4. Provide, arrange, and coordinate direct services and advocacy to clients and families.
5. Facilitate, integrate, and mobilize community resources on behalf of the client.
6. Closure of CIBS/SFT/Intensive In Home activity with client based on resolution of established goals and/or successful integration to community resources. Terminate activity with client when client requests closure.
