Wages and Benefits
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour; This position is not eligible for benefits except for participation in agency sponsored retirement savings plan and accrual of Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave.
Schedule
This position is located in-person and works Monday-Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm. The CDF program runs from June 24th to August 2nd; There will be a mandatory CDF local training tentatively on May 18th from 9:00am - 3:00pm as well as a mandatory national training in Knoxville, Tennessee from May 31st to June 4th.
A Typical Day in the Life...
A typical day as PCYC's Servant Leader Intern provides an opportunity to work, lead, and teach scholars with the curriculum provided by CDF (Children's Defense Fund) Freedom Schools. The mission of CDF Freedom Schools programs is to boost scholar motivation to read, generate more positive attitudes toward learning, increase self-esteem, and connect the needs of scholars and families to the resources of their communities.
