Job Description | The Residence Hall Director (RHD) serves an important leadership role in facilitating student engagement, support and community development within a residential living environment. RHDs help ensure that all students have a safe, respectful and inclusive environment to live and learn. The RHD position is a full-time, live-in role that has primary operations for managing the daily operations of one or more of our residence halls on campus. Responsibilities include: supervising and training of undergraduate staff, implementing the Residential Learning Curriculum, advising residence hall community council, and facilitating residence hall student conduct.
