STV currently has an opening in our Hartford, CT office for aSenior Engineering Operations Planner for ourTransportation division. This person will primarily perform production of construction documents plans, specifications, estimates and various studies and reports for highway projects including but not limited to design projects for public agencies in the Hartford CT area

Required Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, preferred, in Transportation Planning Civil or Transportation Engineering
• Minimum of 20 years of planning or engineering experience with broad knowledge and experience in transit and transportation
• Experience in rail, highways, local roads, drainage and other highway infrastructure and site work..
• Strong oral and written communication skills
