Job Summary:
A Front Office Representative is responsible for greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner, whether upon arrival at the office or handling through an incoming call. This is a full time position located at our Minnetonka clinic.

Primary Functions:  Provide the highest quality customer service to our patients and staff. Greet, register and check in patients for appointments. Collect co-pays and assist with other billing activities. Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, monitor patient schedule, assist with patient flow and other tasks according to the established front office protocols and standards.

Qualifications: High School diploma required, some college preferred. Minimum one year of medical clinic experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and  as a team member. 

Hours vary between 7:00am - 6:30pm M-F, plus a Saturday morning rotation (every 4-6 weeks). Four 9 hour days, with a half day each week.
