Job Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing educational solutions, as well as a detailed schedule of educational objects to be developed by the team of content analysts, following a pre-defined methodology and strategy, briefing clients and guaranteeing the delivery and quality of the objects.

Working Scheme: Hybrid - Once a week in Sao Paulo (Chacara Santo Antonio)

Key activities:

  • Analysis, research and survey of needs and inputs;
  • Participation in briefing meetings with the client to understand the demands;
  • Responsible for chaining together the entire educational structure, interacting with all those involved, ensuring that these professionals understand each other so that the result desired by the client is achieved and meeting the agreed deadlines;
  • Elaboration of SE and Timetable;
  • Responsible for linking the entire educational content structure;
  • Participation in internal training for self-development;
  • Possibility of monitoring activities at the client's premises.
  • Direct relationship with the client in meetings and throughout development, support for the content developer in developing the content and development of the team in relation to technical educational content.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Education or Telecommunications.
  • Postgraduate studies in Instructional Designer or Neurosciences.
  • Previous experience as Instructional Designer required.
  • Knowledge of authoring tools: Storyline, Captivate, Articulate and iSpring.
  • Specific knowledge: Ability to design training actions, behavioral trails and events.
  • Solid knowledge of andragogy, heutagogy, neurolearning and learning methodologies.
  • Design of learning experiences focused on student-centered strategies.
  • Knowledge of UX, Design Thinking and Artificial Intelligence methodologies in Instructional Design.
  • Analysis of instructional risks and constraints and creation of experience maps.
  • Definition of learning objectives and selection of resources/media, detailing in the instructional matrix.
