Position Description

PT (Saturday & Sunday 4:00 pm - 12:30 am) Mental Health Practitioner position available at a residential treatment facility located in St. Paul.

DUTIES:
This position will provide skill development training in: socialization, problem solving, self-awareness/awareness of others, mental health/chemical health management, chore management, medication supervision, leisure and recreational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in human services or closely related field and two years direct experience working with individuals with mental illness, BSW and/or LADC desired.
